Frank Xu - CEO

Over 30 years ago, Mr. Xu began his civil engineering career and immigrated to the United States in 1994. He worked in the automotive industry in Michigan for 13 years as a senior finite element analysis engineer, responsible for the design and analysis of automotive safety and performance. Mr. Xu founded A&J in 2011, and under his leadership, A&J has become a leading commercial real estate development and private equity investment management company, managing over $1.5 billion in assets. A&J has successfully assisted investors with over 1,000 I-526 applications and hundreds of I-829 applications, returning over $100 million in investments. Mr. Xu holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University in China and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University in Michigan. Mr. Xu previously held a Registered Investment Advisor license.

Harry Aharonian - SVP

Mr. Aharonian has 22 years of experience in investment, capital markets, asset management, restructuring, finance, and operations, spanning various industries including commercial real estate, retail, oil and gas, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, defense industry, and food services. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Economics from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2002, and holds a Financial Management Certificate from the Marshall School of Business at USC. Mr. Aharonian previously held a Registered Investment Advisor license.

Jacky Huang, CFA, VP

Mr. Huang has over 12 years of experience in real estate investment, due diligence, project management, investor relations, investment and banking operations. He actively participates in residential and commercial real estate development and transactions, including identifying investment opportunities, building investment structures, due diligence, financing, project investment forecasting, investment document review, and investment management. Mr. Huang has managed projects totaling over $600 million in scale. He graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a dual Bachelor's degree in Finance and Journalism. Mr. Huang also holds a Master's degree in Finance from Fordham University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
