Texas Crown Regional Center operates in an area covering the whole state of Texas.​ It has been designated by USCIS since May 2016 as a regional center under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and redesignated under the Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), currently sponsoring four projects in Texas.

Texas Crown Regional Center is managed by a highly seasoned team of professionals with a combined 50 years of experience and an established track record of successfully managing, administering and monitoring numerous EB-5 projects across the US. The management team of Texas Crown have been involved in approximately $1 billion of EB-5 capital transactions across numerous projects involving mixed-use residential and commercial developments, master planned communities, full and limited-service hotels, and single/multi family home residential developments. The management team has achieved more than 1,000 I-526 petition approvals, hundreds of I-829 petition approvals, and has successfully enabled the NCEs it manages to repay over $160 million of capital back to EB-5 investors.
